Whether it’s learning the basics, enhancing existing skills with new techniques or perfecting classic dishes, whatever your age or ability there will be a course that’s just right for you.

Christmas lunch for 6 ready!! It does what it says on the box! Imagine how you will feel by the end of the day knowing that Christmas lunch ( and a few bits and bobs) will be packed ready to put in the freezer! Done! Sorted! Ready to Go!
The recipe booklet is written in such a way that you know when to thaw cook and serve each item. There is also a shopping list to follow so nothing is forgotten.
The meal prepared serves 6 people and includes the all-important turkey which will be boned out and stuffed, sitting in its foil roasting tin just waiting for the big day to arrive.
All that’s remains is to load the box into your car and drive home in the knowledge that its all organised.
Students in the past have described this course as magic and said that the smug feeling of being ready stayed with them for days.

Order of the Day
10 am: Arrive at Malton Cookery School for tea, coffee and biscuits. Experienced class tutor Gilly will take you through the day’s program and issue you with your aprons and menu packs.
Dishes are prepared are eaten throughout the day with wine or soft drinks.
Your day concludes at 3 pm. Apron and menu packs are taken home with you, so you can replicate the dishes at home. The courses include – All ingredients, menu pack, Malton Cookery School apron and a glass of wine or two!

Terms & Conditions
Full payment is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable and non-transferable within 4 weeks from the date your course is due to commence. Booking fees (£5 per ticket) are non-refundable. Should you need to cancel or amend your course, please let Malton Cookery School know at the earliest opportunity by contacting them on 01653639096 and they will try their utmost to re-sell your place.
Malton Cookery School reserves the right to cancel or change the date of a course where necessary or it is impractical for a course to run effectively.
By booking on any of Malton Cookery School’s courses you agree to abide by their terms and conditions. They reserve the right to make amendments to the cookery course’s content and recipes without notice.
In the event that the principal tutor is unable to attend a course due to illness or other matters beyond our control, Malton Cookery School reserves the right to run the course using a deputy in their place.
