Chef Bruce has been a member of Master Chefs of Great Britain. Won the Acorn Award in 2005 and the same year, was a Great Yorkshire Cookery Competition finalist and third-placed finalist in the Chefs Guild competition. Prior to Elsworth Kitchen, Bruce was the Operations Director of the Michelin Starred Angel at Hetton for many years, before moving to Keelham’s Farm Shop working as the Head of Taste.

Guests old and new can enjoy a menu of modern dishes which utilise the finest in local, British, seasonal produce. Their motto is: “Empty plates equals happy customers. With the use of locally produced food, which is also seasonal, we are halfway there.”
