La Casita pride themselves on the experience their restaurants create – delicious dishes with great flavour and creativity, served in intimate restaurants. It’s a concept that began in Ilkley in 2014 and proved to be incredibly successful, leading them to also expand to Skipton & Boston Spa.
Dishes range from Padron peppers with garlic and Maldon sea salt. Chorizo cooked in red wine, honey and fresh bay leaf, the finest Spanish cheeses and charcuterie, not to mention an obligatory order or churros (Spanish doughnuts).
