- You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund if the voucher has not yet been used. No cash value or cash back. Cannot be combined with any in-house or third-party offers. Dogs are permitted for an additional £30 per night fee, paid direct to the hotel. Includes a comfortable bed, chew, bowls for food and water, and some eco-friendly bags for throughout their stay.
