Provenance is at the heart of all their menus. If it’s not local, you won’t find it on the menu. Freshly dug potatoes, twisty carrots and just tugged beetroots, the majority of which come from their very own Mount St John kitchen garden. Their meat, game and poultry is sourced from producers who are as passionate about sustainable agriculture.
