Previously known as The Burlington, guests can enjoy thoughtfully prepared food including a tasting menu that changes seasonally, as well as à la carte options. For summer, the seasonal tasting menu will be seafood-focused, with dishes such as Lobster with Kohlrabi and Apple or Wild Sea Bass with Squid Ink Pasta.
