Bettys Café Tea Rooms offer nothing less than premium quality with the warmth of a Yorkshire welcome. All five locations serve afternoon tea, breakfast and their café menu, while York and Harrogate also offer evening dining.

Bettys Harrogate (Parliament Street)

The flagship and the site where Bettys was born. Book afternoon tea and sit in the opulent Imperial Room or book for evening dining with the backdrop of a live pianist. There is also the Spindler Gallery, with its stunning warm wood interior and soft lighting, that makes for a cosy and intimate dining setup.

Bettys Harlow Carr, Harrogate

For a fabulous day out visit the Bettys tearooms at Harlow Carr where you can enjoy the utterly luscious RHS Harlow Carr Gardens on site. The large windows overlooking the gardens create a serene backdrop for your afternoon tea. Or if you fancy the fresh air, take some treats away with you and enjoy them in the gardens for a peaceful picnic.

Bettys York (St Helen’s Square)

The York location is the largest of the Bettys branches. Its grand three-storey building features multiple dining rooms with interior that draws inspiration from the Queen Mary ocean liner. The Belmont Room is dedicated to afternoon tea which can be booked, while The Mirror Bar café area is for the regular daytime cafe, which features the now famous engravings of WWII airmen. The York location is one of two that takes bookings for evening dining.

Bettys Ilkley (The Grove)

In Wharfdale valley this Bettys location is perfect for walkers who are descending from Ilkley Moor. Their spacious tearoom is classic and beautiful, with both a booking area and a dining room reserved for walk-ins wanting a spontaneous visit.

Bettys Northallerton

Peacefully situated in the market town, the Bettys at Northallerton is housed in a historic Georgian building. Their spacious dining area is full of natural light that creates an uplighting ambience for your Bettys experience.
