When you can go
- Visit Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 1 pm – 3 pm.
- Vouchers are valid for 8 months from the date of purchase.
- Select weekdays during school holidays.
- Excludes 6th November 2026 to 3rd January 2027 when festive afternoon tea is served.
- For those booked for afternoon tea after 3 pm, please visit the House, Gardens and Grounds beforehand.

How to book
- Minimum booking of two people per reservation.
- Add our Harewood House afternoon tea offer to your cart and purchase to save an exclusive 10% off the regular price.
- Once purchased, you will receive an order receipt and your voucher/s via email.
- Call Harewood House Trust on 0113 218 1010 or email [email protected] to book your table.
- Please inform [email protected] of any dietary requirements 48 hours before your booking.
- On arrival, please present your Yorkshire Food Guide voucher/s which display a unique voucher number and QR code.
Buying as a gift?
- Following purchase, you’ll receive an e-voucher with no prices or discounts shown, which you can simply forward on via email or print out and pop into a card.
Terms and Conditions
Cancellation: You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund if the voucher has not been used.
Other Terms: Reservations are required. Vouchers are not valid towards festive afternoon tea. Subject to availability. One voucher required per person. Menu subject to change. The full amount must be used. No cash value or cash back. Cannot be combined with any in-house or third-party offers.
