Rhubarb’s motto is showcasing exactly what the Yorkshire region offers through their a la carte, set menus and tasting menus.

Chef Varun has created a new concept for Harrogate, featuring modern British dishes with a contemporary Asian twist. Labelling themselves as a ‘fine-dining oasis’, the team at Rhubarb have managed to seamlessly blend sophistication with a laid-back feel.

The menu is also a blend of luxurious ingredients while also staying true to its Yorkshire roots, to create an almost global dining experience.

Even the ambience of the restaurant is seeped in unpretentious luxury, from soft, plush furnishings to warm lighting running throughout the restaurant’s interior.

Enjoy a pre-dinner drink in Rhubarb’s deluxe bar area, sipping on signature Yorkshire-inspired cocktails. Their extensive wine list has also been carefully curated to showcase wine for every palate, with a glass to match every dish.

Their heated roof terrace is also the perfect spot for outdoor dining or pre-dinner cocktails.
