Three’s a Crowd
Three’s a Crowd serves a later brunch for those of us who love a lay-in, from 11 am-1 pm in their relaxed restaurant or quaint terrace. Using fresh, seasonal produce their small brunch menu includes oak-smoked salmon, with avocado, goats curd, caraway & rye toast, or posh beans on sourdough toast. Enjoy with a strong coffee, or wash it all down with one of their crafted bespoke cocktails.
If it’s sunny on the terrace, their ‘pretty little lychee’ or ‘spicy mama’ cocktails are soon to put a smile on your face. Three’s a Crowd is a popular choice, but they accept bookings- so you can reserve ahead to prevent any disappointment.

The Wild Plum
Chef Bethany Haresign heads an all-female kitchen team at The Wild Plum, and she trained under a Michelin-starred chef, so you know you’re in good hands. Using all local Yorkshire ingredients, the team whip up dishes such as fluffy breakfast pancakes with bacon, eggs and maple syrup, butternut squash fritters, or the adorably named ‘Crumpet like it’s hot’ – homemade crumpets served with wild mushrooms, poached egg, pumpkin pesto and truffle. The décor is a botanist’s dream, with hanging plants and twinkly lights. They don’t take bookings, so get there early to avoid disappointment.

Grey subway tiles and a cool, dark wood interior make Hoxton North one of the hippest spots on this top Harrogate Brunch list. Touting itself as a ‘London inspired coffee shop’, diners can choose from brunch plates including all-day breakfast sandwiches, Croque monsieur, and smoked salmon and avocado toast. Farmhouse
Farmhouse was an aspiration for owner Jordan, who had always dreamed of owning his own restaurant. Serving up delicious brunch options with a unique twist, all day until 5 pm, Farmhouse is a welcome addition to the Harrogate food scene.
Their menu changes frequently but favourites we’ve tried were blueberry and banana pancakes, a Mexican-inspired huevos rancheros breakfast including sweet and spicy chorizo, avocado, and feta, as well as lighter fragrant salad bowls.
Their drinks menu is vast, with cocktails, mocktails, smoothies, and quality hand-roasted coffee. Snuggle up with a soothing chai latte, or celebrate the end of the week with a spiced mango margarita.

Founded by Simon and Shaun, this trendy pick close to Valley Gardens is new to the Harrogate food scene and a soon-to-be favorite.
With a breakfast menu and a brunch club, Crema does brunch classics right – because as they say, why mess with the best? Choose an eggs benedict, royale or high stack pancakes. You can add a creamy frappe, milkshake, or protein smoothie to accompany your breakfast too – yum.
