Situated in the York's beloved Cocoa Works, CAVO is your local cafe, wine bar and small plate eatery - offering carefully crafted dishes and a community feel.

Cocoa Works is steeping in rich history, as it was once home to the famous Terry’s Chocolate Factory where the iconic confectionery was first created. It has since been transformed, without leaving its industrial feel behind, and now houses CAVO – a charming café.

Known for its cosy atmosphere, CAVO York boasts a menu of locally sourced produce. Brunch dishes and toasties alongside pastries, cakes and breads from Little Arras bakery dominate the venue during the day. Making it the perfect breakfast, brunch and lunch stop.

On a night, the rustic yet contemporary environment turns into the place to go for rotisserie piri-piri chicken (sourced by M&K butchers) and small plates, inspired by their Tasca Frango restaurant in the city centre.
