The new menu celebrates the best of British produce, even showcasing some of their own ingredients from Provenance’s kitchen garden at Mount St John.

Commercial Director of Provenance Collection, Anthony Blundell,  says: “We’re super excited to launch what we truly believe is our best menu to date, and we can’t wait to welcome guests to experience it. This is one you won’t want to miss.”

They’ve got some spectacular new flavours amongst three different courses, small plates, mains and desserts.

All designed for sharing and enjoying together, The West Park Harrogate champions refined yet relaxed dining for everyone to indulge in.

Standout small plates that have been added to their autumn menu include their hand-cut British venison tartare and their crab martini.

New main course dishes do not hold back either, with a showstopping ballotine of Duncombe Park partridge and melt-in-your-mouth Indian dry rubbed monkfish.

And to close the show, desserts have been refreshed with a Mount St John Apple sphere and a dark chocolate and orange delice, which is one of our favourites!
