The Banksia is set to celebrate Easter Sunday with a vibrant roast experience.

Bringing together the comforting tradition of a classic Sunday roast with the bold, Mediterranean-inspired flavours the Banksia is known for, the Easter Sunday offering promises a fresh and sociable way to mark the long weekend.
Guests can expect a menu that balances seasonal favourites with signature Banksia flair.
At the centre of the experience is the Banksia Roast, available from £23, with a choice of Beef Sirloin, Leg of Lamb, Roasted Chicken Breast or a Nut Roast, all served with the trimmings that define a proper Easter feast.
The menu also features a selection of starters including mezze, Beef Brisket Pachanga and Beetroot Tarator, alongside alternative mains such as market fish and caramelised cauliflower.
Desserts including citrus cheesecake, dark chocolate mousse and sorbet offer a fittingly indulgent finish to the occasion.
Designed with sharing and celebration in mind, guests are welcomed in to enjoy a more leisurely dining experience, whether gathering with family, reconnecting with friends or simply making the most of the bank holiday weekend.
