At the centre of the experience is the Banksia Roast, available from £23, with a choice of Beef Sirloin, Leg of Lamb, Roasted Chicken Breast or a Nut Roast, all served with the trimmings that define a proper Easter feast.

The menu also features a selection of starters including mezze, Beef Brisket Pachanga and Beetroot Tarator, alongside alternative mains such as market fish and caramelised cauliflower.

Desserts including citrus cheesecake, dark chocolate mousse and sorbet offer a fittingly indulgent finish to the occasion.

Designed with sharing and celebration in mind, guests are welcomed in to enjoy a more leisurely dining experience, whether gathering with family, reconnecting with friends or simply making the most of the bank holiday weekend.

General Manager at the Banksia, Simon Grace says: “Easter Sunday is a great moment to bring people together and enjoy a really relaxed, feel-good meal.

Craig Rogan’s menu works perfectly for that, with dishes that feel generous, full of flavour and ideal for sharing around the table.
