Pasta Evangelists Brings Handmade Pasta Classes to York
Hotel Indigo, York is getting a taste of Italy this autumn, as Pasta Evangelists brings its celebrated handmade pasta classes to the North for the first time.
Hosted at Hotel Indigo, the Pasta Academy invites aspiring pasta makers to roll up their sleeves and learn the art of pasta fatta a mano, the Italian tradition of making pasta by hand.
Over two hours, specialist chefs will guide beginners through the techniques behind fresh pasta, from scratch, with unlimited Prosecco to keep things suitably Italian.
The classes build on the partnership between Pasta Evangelists and Hotel Indigo, which already has a restaurant at No.88 Walmgate. Leading the first sessions is Chef Rosanna, with further classes planned throughout October and November.
The first two classes take place on Friday 25 September, 6.30 pm – 8.30 pm, and Saturday 26 September, 5 pm – 7 pm.
Tickets start at £60 per person, including unlimited Prosecco, with students able to claim 15% off using code YRKFRESHERS15 for the September sessions.
