Stuzzi at Ilkley Brewery’s Ilkley Tap
Stuzzi will bring a dynamic menu to The Ilkley Tap, crafted to complement the extensive beer selection. Guests can look forward to an array of creative small plates, pizzettes, and innovative beer snacks from one of the best Italian restaurants in Leeds.
Highlights include the crowd-favourite Deep Fried Lasagne, featuring a 12-hour slow-braised beef shin & nduja ragu, alongside a selection of Neapolitan-style pizzette sandwiches at lunch and flatbreads in the evening.
The dishes are designed for sharing, perfect for enjoying with friends while exploring the broad range of beers from both Ilkley Brewery and guest brewers.
The weekend menu adds even more excitement, with breakfast served Friday to Sunday from 10:00 AM to 11:45 AM.
Expect to indulge in pizzette breakfast sandwiches filled with Calabrian sausages and Italian pancetta, n’duja baked eggs, and wild mushrooms on toasted sourdough.
Sunday lunch at The Ilkley Tap sees Stuzzi cooking up their popular Sunday roasts, available from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
Diners can choose from North Yorkshire Beef Sirloin, Roman-style Roasted Porchetta, or the vegetarian Melanzane, all served with classic trimmings including Yorkshire pudding, roasted honey and thyme carrots and parsnips, buttered seasonal greens, and crispy roast potatoes.
A New Hub for Beer Lovers
The Ilkley Tap is set to become a destination for craft beer enthusiasts, boasting 20 beer lines that showcase Ilkley Brewery’s classic cask ales alongside rotating specials.
The 12-tap keg wall will feature the brewery’s core IPAs, lagers, and a dedicated alcohol-free option, ensuring there’s something for everyone.
In addition to the outstanding beer selection, a meticulously curated wine list from their neighbour Martinez, a selection of spirits, hot drinks, and softs will provide a range of excellent alternatives.
The Ilkley Tap will open its doors on Thursday 5th September at 5 pm.
