Great foodie offers during Ilkley’s Food & Drink Month

Following the success of last year, this January, the Ilkley Business Improvement District (BID) has introduced an entire ‘Food & Drink Month’ to showcase Ilkley’s incredible range of restaurants and bars.

Having only run for a fortnight last year, in 2026 they’ve upped the ante. Food and Drink Month will run from 5th January until 5th February.

You can expect great offers and foodie discounts at local cafes, bars, and restaurants, all while supporting some fantastic venues in what is typically the most challenging time of the year for hospitality.

Friends of ham

This year, we’ve chosen five of our favourite venues to feature in this celebration of great food and drink – New Brook Street Deli, The Vine, Galo’s Kitchen, Friends of Ham, and The Yard.

Ilkley BID Manager, Sarah Brookfield-Almond, said: Ilkley is incredibly lucky to have such a great range of food and drink venues, with some brilliant deals on offer for food lovers in January.

We want to encourage residents and visitors to explore the town and support local businesses during what can be a difficult post-Christmas period, especially with snow and ice forecast for the start of the month.

Supporting our hospitality sector has never been more important, and by getting behind our local businesses, we can help keep Ilkley and its economy thriving.”

It’s so exciting to see this event come back to Ilkley, and we are so excited to make the most of the offers throughout the month. Whether it be a pie and a pint at the Penny Bun for just £20 or a complimentary hot drink with all breakfast speciality dishes at Bettys, don’t miss out on the action.

To see all the businesses included in the ‘Food & Drink Month’ and the offers they have available to their customers, you can visit the Discover Ilkley website.
