Award Winning Tapas Restaurant to Open in Granary Wharf

La Casita, the little house of tapas, is pleased to announce the latest opening in its rapid expansion with the opening of a new Leeds city centre location in Granary Wharf.
Set to open on Friday 17th November on Little Neville St, the restaurant will feature award winning traditional Andalusian tapas and a hand selection of wines and cocktails.

Following the success of its flagship restaurant in Ilkley, the brand has expanded with new site openings in Boston Spa and Horsforth. The new restaurant’s iconic arch way location and interior will feature a signature bar offering local gins, martinis, cava’s, sherries, sangria and Spanish craft ales.

Co-owned by Simon Miller and Oliver Renton, both chefs, and entrepreneur business partner Ben Riley, the restaurant will serve traditional Spanish tapas using authentic ingredients and Yorkshire produce for lunch and dinner to city residents, visitors and workers. Popular dishes will include salt aged beef fillet, salmorejo and peperonata, sliced Galician octopus, sweet tomato and lime dressing, and mixed sharing boards.

Simon Miller, co-owner and chef of La Casita said: “Myself, Oliver and Ben are really excited to be introducing our authentic concept in Leeds. We have ambitious UK wide expansion plans for La Casita. We recognise there is a lot of competition in the city centre, but we are confident that our offer is unique and our success to date brings with it a great reputation for fantastic traditional tapas and more importantly great service.”
The deal for the La Casita Granary Wharf site was supported by Watsons Law. The restaurant will open on 17th November.
