The Savvy Baker set to open Trinity Leeds venue

Leeds entrepreneur Savannah Roqaa, owner of The Savvy Baker, is opening a new venue in Trinity Leeds this autumn, and we cannot wait! Think homemade brownies and handcrafted matcha, an ideal stop for a busy day in town.

Famed for indulgent brownies and shedloads of creativity, Savannah had only begun baking for friends during the depths of lockdown.

Through social media and word of mouth, The Savvy Baker took off. It’s evolved from kitchen experiments to pop-up events, cafes, and now to a permanent location in Trinity Leeds.

Savannah Roqaa, founder and director, said: “I’m beyond excited to be opening at Trinity Leeds, it’s a dream come true. From working at Topshop in the centre, to now launching my very own store here, it’s a real full-circle, pinch-me moment.

Trinity Leeds feels like the perfect home for The Savvy Baker, and I couldn’t be more excited to share this moment with our amazing community. We’ll soon be announcing our official opening date. I can’t wait to welcome everyone through the doors to enjoy our brownies, cookies, matcha and more.

Things are looking exciting. A major highlight of the opening is their best-selling matcha bar, where they’ll serve made to order drinks alongside The Savvy Baker signature brownies and cookies.
