Sheffield Graduation : Where to dine and celebrate

If you’re graduating from either of Sheffield’s universities this year, you’ll want to celebrate in style. Whether you’re after an extended family get-together over delicious Italian food, a tempting tasting menu or a casual spot for a post-ceremony drink (or two), we have you covered.

Here’s where we’d eat if you’re graduating in Sheffield!

Domo Sheffield Restaurant Interior Food - romantic restaurants in Yorkshire

Domo

First on our list has to be Domo, the perfect setting for your Sheffield Graduation meal. This family-run restaurant has elegant, dusty pink interiors whilst retaining hints of its industrial roots, as a former Eagle Works building.

Serving up rich Sardinian cuisine, this award-winning restaurant has an extensive menu of fresh seafood dishes, homemade pastas and pizzas.

Don’t skip dessert, we’d opt for a fluffy tiramisu dusted with cocoa.

Where? Little Kelham, Sheffield S3 8DH

Lavang dessert - romantic restaurants in Yorkshire

Lavang

Up next is Lavang, a sophisticated Indian restaurant in the suburbs of Fulwood.

Designed by Executive Chef Jay Kauser, their menu features delicious, simmered curries and classic dishes with a twist. There are handcrafted cocktails or mocktails to pick from, perfect if you’re celebrating your graduation in Sheffield soon!

Kelu Sheffield _ Antipasto Terra

Kelu

If it’s a gathering with friends this Graduation, Kelu will be the spot for you. This rooftop skybar is a taste of Sardinian sunshine in Sheffield, the perfect setting for celebrating the end of your time in the city!

There’s a lovely wine list to pair with fresh antipasti, salty olives and sharing boards. Or, of course, go for a classic Aperol Spritz or Negroni.

Nam Song Tofu Pho - vegan restaurants in Sheffield

Nam Song

Student favourite Nam Song has to make out list for the best places to dine after your Sheffield Graduation. Hot bowls of Pho, spiced and sweet cocktails and crisp spring rolls – there’s a reason this is a firm favourite in Broomhill.

For a larger group gathering under the glow of lantern lights, Nam Song has a relaxed, friendly feel you’ll love.
