Peddlers market is a Sheffield classic, appearing only the first weekend of every month and bringing friends and colleagues together over some great food and craft beer. In the heart of Kelham Island, this street food market has both outdoor seating and inside space, so you can take your pick from the range of fresh street food on offer. They are even showing the football this July, so grab a drink and a seat while you can for something to do in Yorkshire at the weekend.

Independent Chocolate factory York Cocoa Works, known in the city for its great hot chocolate and artisan truffles, is offering the chance to go behind the scenes in its own masterclass. This July, their ‘bar to beans’ class teaches you all you need to know about the chocolate-making process. BCF Cook Book Club at Cambridge Street Collective, Sheffield | Tuesday 9th July

Tramlines festival in Hillsborough Park, Sheffield, is seeing the likes of Paolo Nutini, Snow Patrol, and Sophie Ellis-Bextor join their Yorkshire weekend lineup this July. With popular artists gracing the stage, the festival also offers a craft tent, funfair rides and street food vendors.
