Colourful New Spring Menu & Cocktails
In one of Harrogate town centre’s prime spots, overlooking acres of the Stray’s parkland, this gastropub is the place to be no matter the weather or season. With sunshine on the horizon, Three’s A Crowd have curated a feast of spring-inspired flavour combinations and ingredients. View the video from our visit.
Their menu is known for changing with the seasons, using the freshest, locally sourced ingredients, transformed into dishes that almost look too good to eat. Vegetarians and vegans do not need to worry about missing out on amazing food – the options are just as good, if not better.
If you’re a cocktail lover, they’ve also launched new signature cocktails just in time for spring.
Welcoming their new head chef
Heading into the new season with a bang, Three’s A Crowd are not only serving up a new spring menu – a new Head Chef has taken over the kitchen and bringing her flare to the dishes.
Kirsty Cheetham has worked in kitchens since the age of 15 – starting as a kitchen porter and working her way up over the years. This led to running her own pub and restaurant with her partner for 10 years, winning ‘The Observer Food Monthly Best Sunday Lunch’ in 2018 and 2022.

When it comes to creating the menus, Kirsty prides herself on seeking the very best produce from local suppliers at the right time of year, to get the maximum flavour out of them, and to ultimately keep things interesting for their guests.
Letting the produce and seasons decide the menu for them, Three’s A Crowd is lucky to be surrounded by an amazing selection of farmers, independent producers and local food that helps them stand out above the rest.
Describing their menu as “modern twists on classics with signature dishes that have been curated in-house”, what better way to get out of the slump of winter?

Coming from the Head Chef herself, this spring Kirsty Cheetham shares her must-try dishes on the menu: “My personal picks from our menus have to be the Prawn & Crab Dumplings starters, Duck Breast for the main course and our irresistible Chocolate Cremeux for pudding.
But don’t forget to check out our Specials Board where we also offer seasonal specials and fresh fish dishes.”
