Chef Elizabeth Cottom (Founder of acclaimed Leeds restaurants HOME and The Owl) has launched an all-new evening tasting menu at Boston Spa’s contemporary bakehouse, dining room and wine cellar, CORA. The new menu consists of 8 small plates, made with the intention of creating a “gastronomic discovery inspired by seasonal cuisine and nature”.

The restaurant is headed up by one of the region’s best chefs, Kevin Gratton, who has some impressive experience under his belt. Their breakfast menu showcases the finest ingredients either locally sourced or further afield to ensure your morning feast is unforgettable.

Taking place in what has come to be locally known as the mecca of Leeds’ street food Chow Down, The British Street Food Awards Northern Heats will be running from the 19th – 22nd of August. Featuring 15 of the North’s finest street food traders, together with judges Chris Kamara, Rate My Takeaway, Manjit’s and us. We cannot wait to see what the traders bring to the table this year!

The kitchen team has gone from strength to strength, evolving the menu to give a fresh take on familiar dishes while adding a real sense of originality to their recently launched summer menu. It’s no surprise that Chophaus has made it on our list of things to do in Yorkshire this weekend.
