Hull’s quarterly vegan market is back this month with a bang. In commemoration of Thai New Year, a beloved holiday across the nation, Rosa’s Thai is introducing three new Songkran dishes for the special occasion. Following on from an in-house business competition named ‘Rosa’s MasterChef’, the winning dishes are featured on the menu for a limited time only.
The dishes include a sticky pork stir fry, duck and mango salad and son-in-law eggs – a traditional Thai dish. The Thai New Year dishes will be available until the end of April.
