Theo Jefferson-Brown, F&B Retail Manager at Trinity Leeds, said: “We’re excited to bring another incredible line-up of street food vendors to Trinity Kitchen, serving bold, mouthwatering flavours, that are sure to satisfy every craving.”
Next up, Jimmy Macks – famous for their seriously good birria tacos with incredibly good dipping sauces. They also have warm loaded fries served with cheese and sauces too, making it the perfect street food spot.
Spuds n Bros will be bringing a taste of Canada to Leeds Trinity Kitchen with delicious poutine, the iconic cheese curds topped with brown gravy. Theirs will be served with locally sourced ingredients including gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian gravy.
Word on the str-eat reveals an exciting Leeds-based collaboration will be taking place at Trinity Kitchen. Rob Hallas from Bastards Bistro has joined forces with Harry Pykett from Homeboy Pizza Co to bring the Dutty Scran Van – plating up their flavour packed take on Caribbean cuisine.
And last, but certainly not least and new on the scene – Burrattack will be serving delicious, deep-fried burratas with a golden-brown crust and oozing with a creamy centre. Perfect for the cheese lovers.
They’ll also have Italian street food on the menu at Trinity Kitchen Leeds, as well as vegan offerings too.
