This unforgettable evening at Bosun’s Restaurant in York, will welcome acclaimed chefs Adam Degg and Kurtus Auty for an exclusive night of dining – for a limited amount of guests.
FIFTY TWO at Rudding Park is led by Great British Menu chef Adam Degg, whose love for cooking began at 16, and has evolved into a celebrated career, having worked at Wild Honey, Chiltern Firehouse and Hand and Flowers (two Michelin-starred restaurant). He was even part of the team that received The Coach’s Michelin star in Marlow.
At FIFTY TWO, you can expect bold flavours, fresh seasonal ingredients from their Kitchen Garden, and an immersive open-kitchen experience. He’ll be bringing a flair of this to this collaborative tasting menu, with fellow chef Kurtus Auty.
At Bosun’s Restaurant, near York, MasterChef: The Professionals alumnus Kurtus brings Michelin-starred pedigree from London kitchens like Pétrus and Maze. His menus champion honest, modern cooking with locally sourced produce, all served in a stunning riverside setting.
This special event will showcase a meticulously crafted 6-course tasting menu carefully curated by award-winning chefs, for a limited amount of guests.

How to Book
- Add the number of tickets you’d like to purchase to your cart
- Once purchased you will receive an order receipt and your ticket/s via email.
- You will be automatically added to the event’s guest list.
- On arrival, please present your Yorkshire Food Guide ticket/s which display a unique voucher number and QR code.
- If you’ve selected a drinks pairing option (alcoholic £60 / non-alcoholic £45), this will be paid directly to Bosun’s restaurant on the evening of the event.
