Cancellation: You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund if the voucher has not been used and your booking has not yet been used at The Grand York.

The Grand, York is currently undergoing an extensive and exciting spa renovation, meaning that the spa and gym facilities are currently unavailable. However, guests are welcome to book Elemis spa treatments to enjoy throughout the duration of the renovations. They apologise for any inconvenience.
