Temple Newsam Food & Drink Festival, Leeds | 15th – 16th August 2026
From the team behind the award-winning North Leeds Food Festival comes the debut Temple Newsam Festival, set against the Grade 1 listed Tudor-Jacobean country house.
The festival focuses on the core values of celebrating local produce and internationally inspired food and drink from independent businesses.
An extensive entertainment and activities programme will take place over the weekend, with a live music stage, family-friendly performances from magicians and entertainers, roaming street performers, and live cookery demos hosted by the Yorkshire Food Guide team.
International Street Food
Take a walk through Temple Newsam and enjoy an incredible two days of mouthwatering streetfood from across the world. Tuck into anything from freshly cooked Paella, zesty Pad Thai, to gooey, melted artisan cheese – the ultimate foodie lineup.
Live Chef Demos
Showcasing some of the best chefs local to Leeds and from across the region. The specially selected team of chefs will be taking to the Temple Newsam Food Festival stage to show off their skills and teach us some new and exciting techniques for cooking. With the chef demo lineup curated and hosted by our team at the Yorkshire Food Guide.

Feel your senses heighten as you walk through the colours, tastes and smells of the giant artisan produce markets. Tuck into a gooey artisan brownie. Pick up gourmet fudge or luxury cured meats. Lover of cheese? They’ve got loads of it. And from some of the best producers in the UK.
Live Music & Entertainment at Temple  Food Festival
Listen to the sounds of award-winning jazz, soul and pop. Dance to some incredible headline acts throughout the weekend, with some exciting headliners to be announced.
Stroll across the bustling Temple Newsam Food Festival site and you will come to the entertainment arena. Here you’ll witness the talents of their live performers.
Children’s Entertainment – See the excitement on their faces as they watch the magic show taking place each day. Take part in the free kids quiz and fact-hunt all around the site. Be sure to swing by the traditional fun fair and inflatable land on your way.
