Dishes include miso-glazed pork belly, with soy pork bonbon, sweetcorn, and pak choi, or a fresh stone bass with mussel and clam veloute, sea herbs, and tarragon.

Using prime cuts sourced from traditionally reared, grass-fed cattle from the very best British farms, the steaks are lightly seasoned and flash-grilled to perfection on hot coals. Finally, to end with something sweet, the lemon posset and a coffee and caramel sponge conclude this tasting experience.
