Horto restaurant 

Horto restaurant is a bright, vibrant restaurant serving delicious dishes from morning, right until evening. Go for brunch classics to accompany your spa day, like an Eggs Benedict or Stacked Pancakes.

At lunchtime, they serve prawn tacos, salads and fresh focaccia. With floor-to-ceiling views, Horto has an informal, sociable feel ideal for a relaxed lunch with a glass of sparkling.

Come the evening, expect an array of dishes inspired by the Chefs’ own travels, with classic cocktails to begin your evening in style.

Clocktower Brasserie

Clocktower Brasserie truly has something for everyone, and every occasion. Whether it’s an evening meal for two, a classic afternoon tea after your spa retreat, or a Sunday lunch for the whole family, you won’t be disappointed.

With Lindisfarne Oysters or a sharing antipasti board, pick from their extensive wine list. Choose from a great selection of mains, inspired by Yorkshire and featuring quality local produce.

Choose to dine in the Brasserie, Bar or their bright Conservatory – which even features a 400-year old olive tree.

Fifty-Two

With a custom open kitchen and a beautiful garden as the main attractions, everyone is invited to taste a sense of culinary theatre at FIFTY-TWO.

Their six or ten-course tasting menus take inspiration from ‘Mother Nature’ with dishes created using ingredients grown in the gardens.

The concept was designed by head chef, Adam Degg – who you may recognise from BBC’s Great British Menu.

On arrival, guests can fully immerse themselves in the Kitchen Garden, exploring with a snack and a beverage in hand.

Proud to use produce from their own Kitchen Garden or from reputable producers across Yorkshire, the menu boasts only high-quality, seasonal ingredients – all crafted into beautiful, delicious dishes.

The team have carefully chosen wines, freshly squeezed juices and cocktails with a garden theme to go with the meal, available all weekdays and weekends.

Like a dinner party with friends, you don’t see the menu in advance, so you’re in for a surprise when you arrive!
