FIFTY TWO at Rudding Park

With a custom open kitchen and a beautiful garden as the main attractions, everyone is invited to taste a sense of culinary theatre at FIFTY TWO.

FIFTY TWO, awarded Harrogate’s first and only Michelin star, offers six or ten-course tasting menus inspired by ‘Mother Nature,’ featuring dishes made from ingredients grown in their own gardens.

Guests are seated at five sociable tables, all providing excellent views of the open kitchen. The dining experience unfolds with a series of courses that includes snacks, freshly baked bread, and a variety of plates leading up to the main course, followed by dessert and a selection of liqueurs.

The concept is crafted by head chef Adam Degg, a familiar face from TV’s Great British Menu. If the weather holds, you can also explore the Kitchen Garden before your meal. FIFTY TWO champions produce from the garden as well as high-quality ingredients sourced from reputable local producers across Yorkshire.

The team has thoughtfully paired wines, freshly squeezed juices, and garden-themed cocktails to complement the meal, available from Wednesday to Sunday. Similar to a dinner party with friends, guests won’t see the menu in advance, making for a delightful surprise upon arrival!
