Only working with the best producers, suppliers and ingredients our region has to offer, results in truly special dishes. Their beef is dry-aged prime Yorkshire beef, wild sea bass, sea trout, crab and lobsters are from the shores of Bridlington and Skipsea and their sustainable farmed salmon is smoked in the award-winning Staal Smokehouse just outside Beverley.
