Their fragrant dishes elevate simplistic but quality ingredients, whether that be pan-fried Yorkshire asparagus with creamy burrata, wild mushroom aranchi, or slow-cooked lamb shoulder.
Phoebe’s also hosts themed nights, a great opportunity to celebrate or for a foodie date. Their latest Italian night brought the soul of Southern Italy to Skipton, with a four-course tasting menu that concluded with tiramisu and amaretto on ice.
