The building is nestled inside the iconic Eagle Works building and when the weather is nice, you can sit in their outdoor dining area to enjoy plate after plate of delicious traditional fare with your aperitivo of choice. For dining inspired by a love for Yorkshire, Silversmith’s is the place to go. Situated in Sheffield city centre this restaurant serves up colourful, modern plates of local produce.

If it’s Sunday lunch you’re after, then Silversmiths serves one of the best roasts in Sheffield, with reasonable prices for a truly scrumptious treat.

Bringing a little slice of Puglia to the ‘Outdoor City’, Grazie is a popular Southern Italian restaurant and pasta lab in the city centre.

Native, a restaurant based on Sheffield’s Gibraltar Street, is committed to providing local, fresh British produce. In addition to beers, wines and cocktails, Native only sources the best fish and shellfish to craft into delicious dishes you can’t find anywhere else.

The Schoolrooms is the perfect place to kickstart your day in the Peak District, sourcing ingredients locally, wherever possible, to create wholesome dishes, bursting with flavour. No Name in Crookes has quite the reputation as one of the best restaurants in Sheffield. Don’t bother searching for a menu online, they’re so up-to-date that their menu is constantly changing to reflect the seasons and the best produce available.

This little restaurant has a cosy, intimate atmosphere, but HUGE flavours. The good folk of Sheffield can’t get enough so booking in advance is essential. It’s also BYO booze so you can have a glass of your favourite tipple to wash it down!

Bench is your friendly Nether Edge neighbourhood hangout serving seasonal dishes alongside cocktails, natural wine and beer. The duo behind this venture previously worked at Public which was named the UK’s best bar so you already know the drink selection here is stellar.

The counter seats in the middle of the venue create a communal setting for bistro-style dining and drinking and you can also pop in to pick up some bottles to go along with a selection of other nice things like olive oil, Spanish hot chocolate and nibbly bits.

This has to be one of, if not THE best pizzeria in Sheffield. Potentially the best you’ll find outside of Naples! No chicken. No pineapple. Just traditional wood-fired Neapolitan style pizza made with slow-proofed dough, cooked in under 90 seconds at 500 degrees resulting in a light and airy pizza with a slightly charred crust.

So delicious that even the ones who don’t eat crusts will want a pizza this!

Located in New Era Square, also known as Sheffield’s Chinatown, Oisoi offers an artisan East Asian dining experience in a beautiful airy setting. Everything is thoughtfully curated, from the fine bone chinaware used to the stunning artwork displayed on the walls.

Each piece of dim sum is handmade to order and this can be enjoyed as part of their afternoon tea package which comes with an assortment of savoury bites, dumplings and sweet treats with tea or champagne.
