Pear & Rose Spritz Gin Cocktail by Masons Yorkshire Gin
“Delicate flavours of sweet pear and the warming spice of pink peppercorns balance perfectly in this delicate, sparkling cocktail.” – Masons
Ingredients: 25ml Masons Peppered Pear Edition Gin, 15ml Sugar Syrup Gomme, 15ml lemon juice, sparkling wine.
Method: Add the gin, sugar syrup and lemon juice to a shaker and shake until mixed. Fine strain into your chosen glass. Top with sparkling wine. Slice and twist lemon zest in the glass to finish.
Sicilian Lemonade Cocktail by Libations Rum
“A refreshing summer serve over ice with a sprig of mint” – Libations
Ingredients: 50ml Libations Spiced Rum, 200ml Sicilian lemonade, a sprig of mint.

Ingredients: 4 fresh strawberries, 1 small fresh basil sprig, 50ml Cooper King Herb Gin, 10ml sugar syrup, 50ml lemonade
Method: Reserve one strawberry for garnish. Muddle remaining strawberries and basil sprig in a cocktail shaker, add gin, sugar syrup, plenty of ice and shake vigorously until chilled. Double strain into a rocks glass over two large ice cubes and top with lemonade. Garnish with the reserved strawberry.

Method: Fill a high ball glass with plenty of ice, add a double measure of Smokey Ram Yorkshire Vodka and a dash of bitters. Squeeze in fresh lime, rim the glass. Top with Ginger Beer and garnish with more fresh lime.
