The Devonshire Arms launch new menu – and you can try it for free

The Devonshire Arms Hotel and The Fell Hotel, part of Bolton Abbey Escapes, have a tempting offer for new bookings to start the new year the only way they know how – exquisite dining.

Running until 31 March 2026, guests staying at either hotel will enjoy an early lunch or dinner on the house. Non-residents pay from £15 per head for a two-course meal.

Whether it’s simply enjoying a meal in the showstopping scenery of the Dales or the extra treat of an overnight stay, you can enjoy a special early lunch or dinner menu to savour the best seasonal flavours from the Estate.

Chicken liver parfait - Devonshire Arms

Headed by award-winning Chef Adam Harper, The Taste The Estate set menu is available as two or three courses, featuring wintery and warming dishes that truly bring the estate to the table.

With hyper-local dishes shaped by what they grow and rear across Bolton Abbey, this new menu is a feast for all senses.

At The Fell, enjoy goats’ cheese & beetroot with toasted walnuts and balsamic glaze, followed by pan-seared hake with sautéed potatoes, tender stem broccoli and dill cream sauce, with classic desserts to choose from, including tiramisu or apple strudel with vanilla ice cream.
