This flagship fundraising event aims to support more than 300 children currently experiencing bed poverty.
Set within the historic and atmospheric surroundings of The 1912 Mill, guests will enjoy an immersive multi-course tasting experience curated exclusively for the evening by The Epicurean Duo.

Chef George Birtwell (MasterChef: The Professionals 2024 finalist) is known for his technical precision and creativity.
Samira Effa (Great British Menu 2024 competitor), brings bold, globally inspired flavours shaped by her Nigerian and Iranian heritage.
As The Epicurean Duo, they are known for their refined techniques, seasonal produce and impeccable presentation.
Dining for Dignity
While the evening will showcase exceptional gastronomy, its purpose reaches far beyond the plate.
Zarach is a Leeds-founded charity on a mission to end child bed poverty, helping children get a good night’s sleep and the chance to thrive at school.
Funds raised from the event, on the 22nd May, will directly enable Zarach to provide beds, mattresses, bedding and pyjamas for more than 300 vulnerable children.
Each ticket purchased and every donation made will contribute to transforming a child’s night and their future.

An Evening of Purpose and Prestige
Guests attending the evening can expect:
- A bespoke luxury tasting menu designed exclusively for the event
- Carefully paired beverages (optional)
- Live storytelling highlighting Zarach’s impact across Leeds
- Opportunities to further support the cause through fundraising moments during the evening
By bringing together the worlds of fine dining and philanthropy, the event aims to inspire the community to come together for lasting impact.
United by a shared passion for exceptional food, they create refined, produce-led dishes rooted in seasonality and provenance.
This event is truly going to be an evening to remember.
