Fifty-Two wins Best Fine Dining Restaurant Award

Rudding Park’s immersive, Fifty-Two restaurant has taken home yet another prestigious award.

Complete with an open kitchen and a beautiful garden as the main attractions, guests truely feel a part of the culinary experience.

FIFTYTWO Yorkshire Post Tourism Awards 2025

The awards evening took place on the 1st December 2025, celebrating the best tourist spots Yorkshire has to offer.

It was a tough competition, with fantastic hotels and restaurants included in the running.

An immersive dining experience, Fifty Two opened in May last year with Adam Degg at the helm as Head Chef and Host, following his appearance on the BBC’s Great British Menu.

Taking its cue from ‘Mother Nature’,  dishes are created using the highest quality ingredients cultivated in the kitchen garden or selected from trusted local producers and purveyors.

Head Chef Adam Degg says, “It’s amazing to receive this recognition, it means so much to the team who are passionate about injecting fun into fine dining.

The best parties happen in the kitchen and we like to think our restaurant captures exactly that spirit. We want guests to feel as though they have been invited to a relaxed dinner party at home – with exceptional food, flowing drinks and lively conversation.”

“At the heart of the room is a seven-meter kitchen island, surrounded by five tables with social seating offer prime views of the action.

Like a dinner party with friends, you don’t see a menu in advance and guests place their faith in the cooking skills of the host, so in this case, me my team and I”, says Adam Degg.

Fifty-Two restaurant is definitely becoming a favourite for food enthusiasts in Yorkshire so the prestigious title comes at no surprise.
