Fizz & Flute offer the ultimate professional fizz experience for your event

We first fell in love with Fizz and Flute when we spotted Eric their beautiful Piaggio three wheeled Italian van all set up to impress, at StrEat Food Festival in Harrogate.
Run by the lovely Nicola and Helen their prosecco bar travels nationwide to birthday parties, corporate events, weddings, private events, music festivals, street food events, artisan and Christmas markets. Recent events have seen them providing fizz to the VIPs at the Hacienda Classical Concert and Ramsbottom Music Festival.

Serving premium chilled Prosecco straight from the taps of their van plus numerous fizz cocktails such as Kir Royale and Bellinis, Fizz and Flute add a unique wow factor to any event. Prosecco on tap sounds fabulous to us! When booking Eric for your private event they offer around 10 fizz cocktails on their normal menu but strive to create a special themed drink to suit the event. This bonfire night saw them offering a Toffee Apple Fizz and for Christmas they’re planning some Gin Fizz cocktails and a Rum, Ginger and Raspberry Fizz. Yes please! If you have a personal favourite Helen and Nicola will tailor the drinks served to your request.
To set a striking look for your event Fizz and Flute have numerous props to compliment Eric, their stunning Italian Piaggio Ape mobile bar. This includes handmade bespoke wooden seating dressed and coordinated with cushions and blankets, and adorned with fresh flowers. They also have lots of lighting to make Eric look magical from dusk including light up trees, their eye catching fizz bar sign, lots of fairy lights, candles, lanterns and a personalised cinema board to name but a few.
   
A new addition to their collection is their French made Fizz Bike which can be used as an additional cocktail and fizz bar or to provide other beverages such as beer and cider for the boys. At this festive time it is being used for mulled wine and pimped hot chocolate!

From Autumn 2016 we also have the added element of the fizz bike which cannot be provided by any other company.
