Côte Brasserie Announces Leeds Opening Date
French inspired restaurant Côte Brasserie has now confirmed the opening date of its newest restaurant, set to open in the Trinity Leeds shopping centre on Monday 24th July.
Côte Brasserie has invested more than £1 million in creating its trademark Parisian-style brassiere on the upper level of Trinity, on the site of the old Mamas & Papas store. The new opening will create over 40 new jobs across its management, service, and kitchen teams.
The 188-cover restaurant will feature a selection of delicious locally sourced seasonal dishes on its monthly changing menu. Guests can look forward to classic French delicacies such as steak tartare, cassoulet de Toulouse and moules frites alongside a great range of steaks, salads and fish dishes.
At £10.95 for two courses and £12.95 for three courses the weekday lunch and early evening set menu provides outstanding value, perfectly lending itself to a quick lunch or pre-theatre dining. In addition, the extensive French wine list features wines from a number of independent producers across France.
Côte Restaurants CEO Alex Scrimgeour says: “Leeds is such a busy, thriving city and we are delighted to be opening right in the heart of town. Trinity Leeds has a great reputation for offering a diverse range of food and drink options, we look forward to adding our blend of quality French food, friendly professional service and great value to the mix.”
Côte champions all day dining, from lazy weekend breakfasts, to business lunches, and relaxed family dining. Served until midday on weekdays and 1pm at weekends, Côte breakfasts are gaining a very loyal following, both in the restaurants and on social media. The renowned eggs Benedict with homemade Hollandaise and the French breakfast with Côte’s award-winning boudin noir, are particular morning menu favourites.
Accredited by Coeliac UK, Côte is proud of its comprehensive and delicious gluten free menu, which has received high praise from diners, the press and Coeliac UK itself. Côte maintains high standards in gluten-free food preparation and staff training and understands how important it is to be able to offer people who follow a gluten-free diet, reliable and safe dining.
Côte also boasts a newly launched vegetarian food and wine menu. This new addition will allow Côte’s vegetarian guests to dine from a comprehensive menu, without the fear that any of their meal choices may not be suitable for a vegetarian diet.
