Great foodie offers during Ilkley’s Food & Drink Fortnight

This month, the Ilkley Business Improvement District (BID) has introduced a ‘Food & Drink Fortnight’ to showcase Ilkley’s incredible range of hospitality venues.

Running from 20th January until 3rd February, you can expect great offers and foodie discounts at local Ilkley town’s cafes, bars and restaurants.

Ilkley BID Manager, Sarah Brookfield-Almond, said: “Now, more than ever, we all need to get behind our businesses to help keep the town and its economy thriving. We’re passionate about sharing the message about the importance of supporting local businesses.”

January is traditionally a difficult time for the hospitality trade, coming from the busy Christmas spending period.

This month has been particularly tough for local businesses with extreme snowy weather hitting Yorkshire.

“We’re so fortunate to have a vast array of different hospitality venues in our town, offering amazing food and drink, and we’re trying to encourage our residents, and of course, visitors to the town, to take advantage of their great offers and special deals”,  said Sarah Brookfield-Almond.
