This summer it’s taken a u-turn and let the well-known Leeds pop-up, Holy Mountain, take over its kitchen for a Mexican inspired menu. Having had residencies across Leeds, this menu features many dishes exclusive to the venue such as Plantain Croquettes, Ceviche, Chicharron and more, giving the Distrikt diners a whole host of new bites.
