To say we’re a bit excited about this one is an understatement. Manor House in Lindley has been bagging awards left right and centre, rightfully recognised as one of the Yorkshire’s finest boutique hotels and restaurants. They’ve most definitely put the quaint suburb of Lindley on the map. To celebrate them joining the Yorkshire Food Guide we’ve launched an exclusive Perrier-Jouët Champagne Afternoon Tea offer, which is valid for a full 12 months. P.S. Keep your eyes out for the best foodie events coming very soon.
Sheffield may have slipped into Tier 3 restrictions recently so the pubs and bars are off-limits. One thing that certainly isn’t is bottomless brunching though. Grab your household pals and head for Sheffield’s finest brunch at Silversmiths. Feast on Cornish lobster rolls and wagyu beef sliders, all washed down with 90 mins cocktails, wine or beer. You can even mix and match your drinks.
Available: Saturdays, served 12 pm – 3 pm

There’s not one, not two, but three reasons to celebrate Chophaus turning one in a few weeks time. Firstly, their brand-new brunch menu is making north Leeds foodies wondering if they ever need to venture into town again, and everyone else wishing they lived closer.
Second, London based chef Dom Taylor is hosting the first ever Chophaus takeover on 2nd November (call 0113 226 0660 to book). Showcasing his Caribbean roots into a 3-course feast of epic dishes. Thirdly, they’ve created a very special dish for Leeds football Manager Marcelo Biesla. Consisting of a melt-in-the-mouth 300g Argentinian sirloin steak served with chimichurri and roasted red bell peppers.

Summer’s most definitely been and gone, and for many a complete write off, but don’t despair. If the thought of log fires, country walks, comfy beds and slap-up award-winning dining sound like heaven to you too, then an Autumn staycation is just the ticket. Choose from trips to the dales or moors, east coast getaways or stately home stays, all with exclusive discounts not to be found anywhere else. Rooms are filling up fast so don’t delay.
The transformation of Hull Marina has had an unbelievable impact on the surrounding area and brought an influx of foodies looking to check out the latest openings. Solita’s recent opening has been an instant hit since day one. Their brand new brunch menu is another guaranteed winner. Think Wagyu breakfast burgers, waffle and pancake stacks and breakfast spring rolls, all washed down with marmalade margs, cereal milk cocktails and the obligatory bloody mary’s. Bottomless is most definitely an option now the pubs and bars are closing at 10 pm. Daytime drinks are the new night out. P.S. You can also enjoy this at Solita York too!
