Luckily for us, Middlesbrough’s Ormesby Food and Drink Festival has announced it will be launching this year.
On the 6th and 7th of September 2025, delicious food vendors, live entertainment and music will take over the grounds of the breathtaking Ormesby Hall mansion.

You’ll have exclusive access to Ormesby Hall, its expansive gardens and surrounding grounds with your ticket.
Event Director Michael Johnston says: “We couldn’t be more honoured to host our event in such a historically rich and scenic location. To finally have preparations underway is very exciting, and we aim to create an unforgettable weekend for the city.”
There will be a variety of cultural delicacies to taste and choose from at the Street Food Arena.

Local traders are to be selling unique handmade crafts, freshly baked goods and vibrant art pieces you can take home and enjoy.
Festival Manager Nikki Orrell has even urged small businesses wanting to showcase their works to get in touch!
Fancy a tipple? Ormesby Hall Food Festival has you covered, with promises of plenty of signature cocktails, cask ale favourites, lagers, and IPAs served up in the festival’s Full Ale House.

Teesside and Yorkshire’s up-and-coming talent are to be given the spotlight, and there will be plenty of entertainment to keep the kids busy while you enjoy a bite to eat.
That’s not all, hosted by MasterChef Finalist Anthony O’Shaughnessy, you can learn from the region’s top culinary experts in the Live Cookery Theatre.
The organisers are partnering with charity Mind and hope to add to the over £127,000 collectively raised for mental health across the north.
