Salòn Madre opens in Leeds City Centre
Salon Madre, the North’s favourite taco and tequila spot, has officially opened its doors on Wellington Street in Leeds. This new venue is ready to host margarita-fuelled nights, featuring DJs, pool tables, and big-screen sports right in the heart of the city.
As a vibrant tequila bar, taqueria, and sports hangout, Salon Madre offers a laid-back and unpretentious atmosphere perfect for everything from date nights to large group gatherings.
The establishment includes four pool tables, a dartboard, and screens showcasing events from the Six Nations to Olympic curling, making it an ideal destination for casual competition, catch-ups, and celebrations.
Tequila and mezcal take centre stage at the bar, with a drink menu featuring frozen, classic, and flavoured margaritas, palomas, and more, alongside Modelo on tap and a curated selection of local and international beers.
The food menu is playful and punchy, designed for sharing. Tuck into tacos, quesadillas, wings, and other street food favourites inspired by the team’s travels. Additionally, Salon Madre brings its popular Taco Tuesday to Leeds, offering 2-for-1 tacos and Tommy’s Margaritas all day every Tuesday.
This venue marks the first opening in Leeds from the Northwest’s beloved Mexican brand, with Madre, its sister restaurant, set to open down the road at Wellington Place this spring.
Salòn Madre is open daily: Sunday to Thursday from 12 PM to 11 PM, and Friday to Saturday from 12 PM to 1 AM.
