SALTMOORE SANDSEND OPENS NEW LAKESIDE SAUNA
Between the coast of the wild North Sea and heather draped moors of Whitby, boasts Saltmoore in Sandsend, a wellness retreat, hotel and spa.
Saltmoore has now unveiled its new Lakeside Sauna, a private wellness experience overlooking the lake and surrounded by the retreat’s wild coastal landscape.
Saltmoore’s spa already boasts a heated indoor pool, thermal suites with a sauna, steam room, a hydrotherapy spa pool, a Brass Monkey ice bath, and a -85°C cryotherapy chamber. It also includes five treatment rooms partnered with Wildsmith Skin, a relaxation room, a fully equipped gym, and a light-filled Wellness Café.
Designed as a space to slow down, switch off and reconnect with nature, the sauna accommodates up to six guests, with 45-minute private sessions priced at £65.
The opening marks the latest addition to Saltmoore’s growing wellness offering, joining The Sanctuary at Saltmoore and further strengthening the estate’s connection between wellbeing and the surrounding North Yorkshire landscape.
The Lakeside Sauna is now open to both hotel guests and day visitors, with advance booking recommended.
