Maki and Ramen
Recently opened in Leeds, Maki and Ramen is making a name for itself as easily one of the best sushi restaurants in Leeds. Founder Teddy Lee began Maki and Ramen in 2015, wanting to bring a taste of Japan to the UK to help make Japanese food more accessible.
Now he owns seven branches dishing up delicious Asian plates across the country. While ramen is their main speciality, their sushi dishes are also next-level. They offer everything from classic Salmon Avocado Rolls to Grilled Scallop Nigiri and Seared Steak Tataki.
Little Tokyo
A “Japanese Restaurant with Yorkshire Roots”, Little Tokyo has been providing Leeds with some of the best sushi dishes for over 20 years. All of their sushi and sashimi dishes are made from ingredients fresh from local markets, for the chefs to craft the perfect Nigiri or Maki Rolls from.

Their chef selection rolls feature a Fuji Dragon roll with king prawn tempura and eel as well as their Rainbow Roll featuring seven different types of fish all in one roll!
