This unique event from Wellocks at Home follows the success of their first virtual dining experience hosted by Michelin-Starred chef Lisa Goodwin-Allen in July. Wellocks at Home, the nationwide premium ingredient delivery service is brought to you by Wellocks, suppliers of the finest ingredients to 45% of the UK’s Michelin-starred restaurants.
Priced at £70, the experience includes a box of premium ingredients for a three-course cook-at-home dinner for two, a recipe booklet and access to an exclusive digital masterclass from Michelin-Starred chef Michael Wignall of The Angel at Hetton in Yorkshire. He’ll talk through techniques, tips and tricks, and share the secrets behind some of his top dishes. Plus, £5 from every Virtual Masterclass is donated to charity partner, Springboard’s FutureChef, which aims to inspire young people to explore food and cooking as a life skill.
There’s also the chance for the resulting culinary creations to be judged by Michael himself – pictures can be shared on social media for the chance to win a gourmet tasting menu for two at The Angel, cooked by Michael.
The virtual masterclass is available to purchase until 5 pm on the 20th November, with ingredients being delivered on Wednesday 25th November ahead of the masterclass on Friday 27th November.
