Located at Loversall Farm near Doncaster is a great choice if you want your visit to feel like a proper adventure. The family-run vineyard combines wine with the surrounding countryside. With its unique adventure tours taking visitors around the farm by tractor and trailer before heading into the vineyard and even including a boat ride.

You can learn about English wine production before finishing with a tasting of Loversall wines accompanied by local cheese or charcuterie.

Set at Farfield Farm in Westow near Malton, Ryedale is a family-run vineyard at the foot of the Yorkshire Wolds. From growing the grapes through to winemaking, bottling and labelling on site, everything is done with care.

Thier vineyard experience lasts around two and a half hours and includes a guided walk through the vines, a look around the winery and a tasting of their wines accompanied by local cheeses.

Its location also makes it a great addition to a day exploring Malton, Castle Howard and the surrounding North Yorkshire countryside.
