Devour at the Dyehouse creates regionally seasonal Italian dishes using simple, fresh ingredients, inspired by heritage and tradition. Their evolving menu offers Cicchetti (small plates to share), fresh handmade pasta, mellow melting charcuterie, homemade freshly-churned gelato and the best fired pizza-slice this side of Naples. You can even take away some of their tasty treats from the Deli Counter to re-create the Devour experience at home. From fresh in-house baked bread, cured meats and cheeses, fresh handmade pasta or desserts.
The two-storey stone built mill is stunning, creating an atmospheric dining experience with lofty roof trusses, wooden floors, blasted stone walls and metal-framed windows overlooking the river.
