The Black Swan, Pickering

Whitelock’s Ale House, Leeds
Otherwise known as the oldest pub in Leeds, this former marketman’s pub still appears to have its original features including the old wooden and copper-topped bar, stained glass, tiled front and cast iron fireplace. Whitelock’s was formerly named The Turk’s Head when it first opened in 1715, and by 1963 it received a Grade II listed status.
